How To Disable Notify Anyway For All Contacts
You can easily turn off Notify anyway by using the iPhone Settings.
You can disable Notify anyway for all contacts. You can also choose to disable it for some specific contacts.
Step 1: Open Settings
Navigate to the Settings app on your iPhone and tap on it to open.

Step 2: Navigate to Focus status
In Settings, tap on “Focus” and then tap on Focus Status. This directs you to a menu where you can toggle Share Focus Status on or off.

By default, Share Focus Status is turned on. Tap on the toggle button to disable it. Your Focus status will no longer be shared.

Contacts who send you messages will no longer see the “Notify Anyway” option or know that you have notifications silenced.
How To Disable Notify Anyway for Specific Contacts

Step 1: Go to any Focus Mode

Select “Silence Notifications From” and then tap the “+“. Select the preferred contacts from the contact list that you want to silence notifications from and tap “Done”.

Even after activating Do Not Disturb Mode, contacts still have the option to notify you of any way of their messages.
